FX What are FX Partner’s services?

FX Partner mainly provides remittance and prepaid card services to MSOs. In addition, we also provide online payment, bank opening, company establishment, due diligence review, KYC, remittance risk assessment and other services.


How can I use the FX Partner remittance and prepaid card payment platform?

To use our platform, you only need an email address and a computer or mobile device. Your account information will be stored so that you can send money anytime and anywhere without having to key in data again.


How the remittance process works?

First, provide remittance information (including destination, currency, and amount, etc.), and then provide the payee information (account name, bank name, account number, etc.). After the order is submitted, our company will review the payee’s name. If there are no risk issues, we will execute remittance orders. MSO can review the instruction online after registration and login.


How long does it take for remittances?

Under normal circumstances, it usually takes one working day for the remittance to be transferred to the customer's designated account. For a more accurate estimate case by case, please contact our customer service.


Which countries can I send money to?

You can send money to Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, China, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, the United Kingdom and the United States.

We do not support the following countries: African countries, Pakistan and Ukraine.


How fees are calculated?

If the remittance currency is Australian Dollar, Canadian Dollar, Euro, New Zealand Dollar, Singapore Dollar, British Pound or U.S. Dollar, and the remittance amount is no more than HK$150,000, the handling fee can be as low as HK$60. The remaining currencies and amounts will depend on whether the payee needs to collect the money. If no cash receipt fee is required, the handling fee will be HKD170 (including local bank charges); if there is a need to collect funds, it will be HKD420 (including local and Local bank fees).


How do I pay to a remittance provider?

You can make payments to remittance providers via bank transfer or cash.

You can also check the transaction status and accounting records in the system.


How much can I save?

It depends on your remittance amount and the exchange rate of the day.

However, because FX Partner exempts commissions, you can save a lot in the long run.


Can I cancel the submitted remittance order?

You can cancel the transaction before the order is processed, but you need to bear any loss resulting from the termination of the transaction including the platform processing fee.


What documents do I need to submit?

When registering as a platform user, you need to submit a business registration certificate, a company registration certificate and a money service operator license.

When conducting remittance transactions, there is a possibility to submit supporting documents in response to the amount of remittances and remittance destinations.
